Join an unbeatable collection of vintage race cars on a vintage track that has been virtually unchanged since it opened.

In continuous operation since 1957, Lime Rock is one of the longest-running, historically important and authentic race tracks in America. The track is cradled in a natural amphitheater formed by the Litchfield Hills.  At just 1.5-miles around, Lime Rock is a fast “momentum” course with short straights, complex corners and exciting elevation changes. Lime Rock has also hosted most of America’s most highly contested series, including Trans-Am, Formula 5000, IMSA GTP, Kelly American Challenge, NASCAR, USAC and some of the earliest and finest vintage races in America.

Spectators can be found picnicking and watching racing, but never on Sunday, since a court injunction prohibits Sunday racing. That means more time for car shows, touring and enjoying the lovely Berkshire Hills, virtually unchanged in 300 years!
